In the heart of Tuscany, in the rustic city of Siena lies a getaway from the city that embodies life Under The Tuscan Sun. Complete with terra cotta floors, wood beamed ceilings, fireplace, and swimming pool, you can escape to total Italian serenity and silence in this town. Any form of civilization is 12 kilometers away (10 minutes) in the heart of Siena, with the exception of a 14th century church that opens only on Sundays.

The building was recently reconstructed to restore it to its original form from ancient times by using brick made from clay of Siena. The piece du resistance of the house are the two terraces that showcase breathtaking sweeping views of Siena with terra cotta floors and brick pillar details. The first floor of the house leads straight out into a private garden with brick barbecue.

The house is completely surrounded 360 degrees with views of the city and the hills of Siena.

LOCATION

The house was made with a beautiful open floor plan with the living room, full bath, dining room for six, and kitchen on the first floor that leads straight out to the garden.

The living room is complete with two big comfy sofas (one being a pull-out bed), a flat screen HDTV w/cable, DVD, and wood burning fireplace that warms the whole house.

The second floor is surrounded by the two terraces where you can eat, relax, and enjoy the amazing views.

Then, there is another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a dining table for six, two bedrooms, and French door entrances to the terraces.
